Large Print Coloring Pages: Free Printables for Low Vision and Seniors

2026-10-17

"Large print" coloring pages are drawn with fewer, bigger shapes and much heavier outlines than a typical adult coloring book. They are a good fit for anyone who finds small detail hard to see or hard to fill in: older adults, people with low vision, people with arthritis or a tremor, and beginners. Every page on SnugColor labeled Bold & Easy (large print) is designed this way and is free to print.

How our large print pages are drawn

Printing tips for the clearest page

1. Choose "Actual size" or "100%" in your print settings rather than "Fit", so the lines stay thick.

2. Set the printer to its best or high quality mode for darker, crisper lines.

3. Use brighter white paper for more contrast. Thicker paper also stops markers bleeding through.

4. Use the A4 file in Europe and most of the world, or the Letter file in the US and Canada. Both are on every page.

Supplies that help

Triangular or jumbo colored pencils and fat felt-tip markers are easier to grip than thin pencils. A clipboard or slanted board can make coloring at a table more comfortable, and a good lamp beside you helps more than you'd expect.
